Job Summary
Join our team of highly skilled sales professionals (Brand Specialists) to elevate and grow Bang & Olufsens key store in Hong Kong.
Your mission
As our new Brand Specialist (Sales Associate)you will join the established team in our Hong Kong store. Your mission is to uphold high levels of customer service standards whilst selling thecompanysfull range of products and services to achieve and exceed store andindividual sales targets.
More specifically you will:
- Work in the store to welcome and help customers daily
- Compose and sell all Bang & Olufsen products
- Attend customer events in the store and at times with local partners this can be during the day evenings or weekends
- Follow up on marketing campaigns activations events and build the stores customer database with the help of our CRM system
- Deliver impeccable luxury customer service and professional presentation skills before during and after the sale has been processed creating great customer relations and long-term loyalty
- Ensure professional and knowledgeable management of all customer queries taking responsibility to see the query through to the customers satisfaction
- Take part in training development and team meetings
- Constantly keep yourselves updated of new product developments company initiatives promotional and campaign activity
- Actively participate in the stores overall planning together with the rest of the team
- Ensure store standards are being kept as directed by the store manager
What you bring
We seek someone who can demonstrate an interest in sound aesthetics and high-end designer products. Someone with an understanding and appreciation of the product quality who can convey this to ourcustomers. We are seeking someone who has minimum 2 years experience within a luxury or premium goods brand from a store environment although the right mindset and enthusiasm for retail are just as relevant. Familiarity with high-end electronics and the Bang & Olufsen brand is a great plus.

- Experienced in generating sales leads and growing a pipeline of business
- Are gregarious outgoing and have the desire to give great customer service
- Possess great team spirit and a collaborative attitude
- Can identify customer requirements meet their needs and maximize sales using all the resources available
- Enjoy representing a high-end brand high service level and comfortable with smart dressing
- Enjoy representing a luxury A/V brand with a high service level and comfortable with smart dressing
- Fluency in Local Language and English is mandatory 3rd languages are beneficial
- You must be able to work within the stores scheduled opening hours including activations that can be outside normal opening hours and at times off site as well
- Clean criminal record and able to document the last 5 years where abouts

As our new Brand Specialist (Sales Associate) you will be joining our team who are based in Hong Kong and consist of a broad array of commercial profiles account managers and marketing. You will also interact with head office teams in Retail Training VM Store Design Marketing and Finance.

Compensation: Competitive salary commission and benefits package
