Skills and Competencies
- 7 years of hands-on experience developing deploying and operating cloud-based applications in production environments (preferably AWS)
- Proven experience leading small software engineering teams providing technical guidance and owning end-to-end delivery of user-facing applications
- Strong expertise in Angular with a focus on building scalable reusable and maintainable user interfaces
- Mandatory hands-on experience with and TypeScript in production environments
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication patterns including integration with AI inference and back-end services
- Solid understanding of security authentication and data privacy considerations in cloud-based applications (preferably AWS)
- Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries such as React (preferred)
- Experience with NestJS for building structured scalable and maintainable back-end services (preferred)
- Working knowledge of back-end technologies and databases supporting end-to-end full-stack development (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to code quality maintainability and system robustness
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced iterative environment and adapt to evolving product and technical requirements
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies including iterative delivery continuous improvement and team collaboration
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of software engineers building userfacing applications for AIpowered tools fostering collaboration technical excellence and innovation
- Design develop and maintain highquality Angular components that deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
- Build and integrate frontend and backend application layers that consume AI inference APIs and asynchronous processing services
- Ensure application performance reliability and responsiveness with particular focus on latency error handling and usability
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks integration issues and bugs
- Help maintain high standards of code quality structure testing and automation to support scalable and maintainable applications
