Job Summary
We are looking for a Learning Designer to join our team in Lund. In this role you will design develop and continuously improve both digital and instructorled learning products. You will take endtoend ownership of learning initiatives from concept and design to development rollout maintenance and continuous improvement. You will work in a complex multistakeholder environment and use AI and modern technologies to improve user experience and productivity.
This position is based in Lund Sweden.
We are not considering international career migration or relocation for this role.
What you will do
- Design and develop learning journeys customer trainings elearnings and anytime learning materials
- Maintain and update learning products driving continuous improvement where needed.
- Work closely with external suppliers to coordinate outsourced learning design and production.
- Use learning production tools such as Articulate Xyleme AEM VHS Edcast Arbortext.
- Lead assigned learning and development initiatives endtoend.
- Improve the user experience of our learning products with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Actively use AI tools to improve productivity user experience consistency and content quality.
We believe you have
- Strong experience in designing developing and continuously improving digital and conventional learning products.
- Ability to own learning initiatives endtoend from concept and design to development rollout maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Instructional design expertise combined with handson production skills and strong coordination abilities in a multistakeholder environment.
- Experience actively using AI and the latest technologies to enhance productivity and learner experience.
- Strong competence with learning production and content management tools including:
- Articulate
- Xyleme
- AEM
- VHS
- Edcast
- Arbortext
- Experience working with external suppliers and driving quality timelines and alignment.
- Ability to independently lead and deliver assigned initiatives from planning to execution.
- Strong focus on digital user experience and continuous improvement.
You are a service-oriented individual with strong reliability and excellent communication abilities. If you possess drive structure flexibility technical curiosity and adept problem-solving skills you may be the ideal candidate. Attention to quality customer satisfaction and time management are crucial for success in this role. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is also valued.
