Job Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via phone email and chat
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with existing leads and nurture relationships
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed expectations
Qualifications
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM software is preferred
