At CHI St. Alexius youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Youll work closely with physicians nurse practitioners and physician assistants ensuring patients and families receive exceptional support and education to promote wellness.

What Youll Do:

• Provide Comprehensive Patient Care:Plan implement and evaluate individual patient care plans ensuring adherence to established protocols and policies.
• Support Clinic Operations:Prepare patients for visits document care accurately and assist clinic staff as needed including covering absences.
• Ensure Patient Safety:Uphold infection control medication administration and controlled substance regulations.
• Collaborate Effectively:Foster strong relationships within the healthcare team through clear communication and teamwork.
• Educate and Empower:Provide essential health education to patients and their families.
• Adhere to Standards:Practice nursing according to the North Dakota Nurse Practice Act and all regulatory standards.
• Continuous Growth:Maintain professional competency through ongoing training and cross-training in areas like patient registration phlebotomy and waived testing.

Bachelors degree in nursing required

Licensed to practice nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state Basic life support certified
