Job Summary
COLSA is seeking high-performing degree-seeking college interns for the Summer 2026 term (June 1July 31). Interns will gain hands-on experience through meaningful work that directly supports COLSAs mission and the business operations of our Bid & Proposal Team at our Corporate Office in Huntsville Alabama.
During this internship you will have the following principal duties and responsibilities (*Essential functions):
- Assist with a wide range of duties in the field including providing formatting editing/proofreading and writing portions of proposal documents *
- Assist with creation and analysis of routine projects programs policies and procedures. Examples include generating proposal schedules and charts to be presented to internal management and/or the proposal team. *
- Perform assigned intern projects and follows them to completion. Examples include assisting in report generation data collection and updating company databases. *
- Support Proposal Team employees in research activities document generation proof-reading and configuration control and management of proposal artifacts. *
