Our client is a dynamically growing pharmaceutical distribution company looking for a Logistics & Inventory Management Specialist. The role carries end-to-end responsibility for managing and developing logistics and inventory processes from planning through to customer fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of operational logistics processes (forecasting procurement warehousing order management)
- Inventory level planning prevention of stock shortages coordination of transportation
- Daily communication with customers suppliers manufacturers and distribution partners
- Ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Handling inventory and financial administration (inventory records invoices customer billing)
- Managing data interfaces with ERP accounting and banking systems
- Preparing periodic analyses and reports
- Active involvement in the development and optimization of logistics processes
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in logistics and inventory management
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with a precise and responsible approach to work
- Proven experience in operating and improving processes
- Confident communication skills in both Hungarian and English
- Ability to work independently with a structured working style
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Knowledge of the PharmaLog system
