Internship Opportunity : Launch Your Career in Biopharma Start Immediately!
Our 6-month internship opportunity provides a unique chance to transition from theory to practice gaining essential hands-on experience within a GMP-regulated sterile production facility. You wont be an observer; youll be embedded with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) tackling critical projects from day one to ensure the highest standards of quality for innovative life-changing biopharmaceuticals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Gain deep insights into the production of parenteral drug products with a specialized focus on the crucial visual inspection stage.
- Assist subject matter experts in setting up and standardizing defect libraries according to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) including supporting the investigation of new defects.
- Contribute to process improvements including the critical task of improving and reviewing batch records.
- Learn how to effectively perform risk assessments in a regulated environment.
- Support the creation of robust test sets for visual inspection and assist with the training of operators.
- Play a key role in the new product introduction process focusing specifically on visual inspection requirements.
- Support the creation and processing of essential quality documents like Change Requests Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and Deviations. Youll also learn valuable tools for root cause analysis.
- Be an active part of an interdisciplinary team that values open communication and collaboration.
Your profile
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented student or recent graduate ready to dive into the world of sterile pharmaceutical quality.
- Bachelors or Masters degree or have completed the 2. Staatsexamen (Germany) in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Biology / Chemistry or a similar educational level in other related life sciences.
- Fluent in German and English both verbally and in written form.
- Possess a high interest in sterile pharmaceutical production and the future of innovative medicines (biopharma).
- Precise and reliable working attitude and employ a self-reliant and scientific approach to work.
- Open for teamwork demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a collaborative spirit.
