Description

As a Director IT here at Honeywell you will lead the strategic direction and execution of IT initiatives that support our manufacturing and aerospace operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technological infrastructure aligns with our business objectives driving efficiency and innovation across our global operations.

You will work out of our Phoenix Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will impact the overall performance of our manufacturing processes by leveraging technology to streamline operations improve data analytics and enhance decision-making capabilities. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives ultimately contributing to the success and growth of Honeywell Aerospace.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that support manufacturing and aerospace operations enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and drive the adoption of innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the management of IT projects related to manufacturing optimization ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 8+ years of experience in IT management particularly within the manufacturing or aerospace sectors.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the role of technology in enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing management software.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to drive decision-making.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading IT projects that support manufacturing and aerospace operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
