We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position:
Registered Physical Therapist- Home Health PRN-Part time

Job Description:
As a home health Physical Therapist your responsibilities will be to assess the patients condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and mobility/function review evaluate strength while setting goals to improve these areas report patient progress to patient/caregivers/physician/agency office as needed and provide supervision and competency checks for PTAs as appropriate.

Job Requirements:
  • Must have successfully completed at least a FL-approved masters RPT degree program from an industry-accredited institution.
  • Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
  • Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.
  • Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.
Current FL State RPT license is required.

Job Type: Part-time Per diem W-2


Pay: Per visit; Varies based on experience
