Could you be the full-time System Engineering Manager in Bangkok were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside passionate motivated and dedicated teammates.
Youll coordinate the system engineering studies for the project and lead those studies to be carried out by the On-Shore team. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business participate in the development of system specifications (functional architecture interface) organize in liaison with the PrEM the engineering activities (priorities schedule delivery) and much more.
Youll specifically take care of interfacing on-site with the client partners sub-systems and third parties on all matters related to the definition of the transport system but also obtain customer/engineer acceptance of system specifications.
Well look to you for:
Producing system specifications and interfaces in coordination with the subsystem design
Following up on the demonstration of compliance to the contractual requirements and their allocation to the subsystems and obtaining customer/engineers approval
Leading the verification and demonstration of system performances
Supporting the sub-systems in their technical discussions with the customer/engineer
Managing with the support of the E&M interface manager the interface definition
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Masters degree in Engineering
Knowledge of railway systems operating requirements available equipment and systems
Experience in engineering/technical functions in the railway industry including relevant experience in managerial positions in turnkey railway international projects
Expertise in System Engineering
Fluency in English and proficiency in the contract language
Knowledge of system engineering methodology (MBSE)
Strong communication and leadership skills
