Summary of position-
Elevate Jet is seeking a Director of Revenue Management with deep charter operations expertise to lead guaranteed revenue planning flight scheduling vendor management and operational pricing intelligence. This is a senior operational role requiring intimate knowledge of how charter operations actually work - from scheduling and dispatch to vendor relationships and cost management. Youll own guaranteed revenue planning across the fleet manage the operational levers that drive revenue performance optimize scheduling and vendor costs and provide operational insights and pricing intelligence to our data team for application model updates.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
Guaranteed Revenue Planning (Primary Focus)
- Own guaranteed revenue planning across the digital marketplace platform developing projections based on aircraft availability booking patterns seasonal demand and operational capacity
- Manage revenue commitments and track actuals vs. projections identifying gaps and implementing strategies to meet guaranteed revenue targets
- Forecast revenue performance by aircraft route customer segment and time period to ensure revenue guarantees are achievable and optimized
- Analyze capacity utilization and demand trends to balance guaranteed revenue commitments with operational realities
- Develop revenue scenarios and contingency plans to mitigate risks to guaranteed revenue targets
- Provide executive leadership with regular GRP updates variance analysis and strategic recommendations to optimize revenue performance
- Collaborate with sales to align revenue guarantees with market opportunities and operational capabilities
Flight Scheduling & Operations
- Work with the Flight Operations and Client Services team to maximize aircraft utilization minimize repositioning cost and optimize crew efficiency.
- Manage scheduling workflows including trip planning aircraft positioning and maintenance coordination
- Identify empty leg opportunities multi-leg efficiencies and strategic positioning to reduce costs and increase revenue
- Work closely with Flight Operations and Client Services to ensure seamless execution of flight schedules.
- Monitor real-time operational changes delays and disruptions to maintain schedule integrity and customer satisfaction
Vendor Management & Cost Control
- Manage vendor relationships including Air Carriers FBOs and fuel suppliers.
- Manage accurate vendor contact details within company CRM.
- Negotiate pricing agreements and service contracts to optimize costs while maintaining service quality
- Monitor vendor performance pricing changes and service delivery to ensure operational standards are met
- Track variable costs (fuel FBO fees handling deicing) and provide cost intelligence to inform pricing decisions
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation route optimization and strategic partnerships
Operational Pricing Intelligence & Reporting
- Provide operational pricing intelligence to the data team including current vendor costs fuel pricing FBO fees and positioning economics
- Report on route profitability aircraft utilization patterns and trip economics so the data team can update pricing models
- Flag operational realities that impact pricing - what routes actually work where costs are trending seasonal patterns positioning challenges
- Review application pricing outputs and validate whether quotes make sense given actual operational costs and scheduling constraints
- Communicate pricing issues or opportunities to the data team based on operational performance and cost changes

- Familiarity with data reporting tools for operational performance analysis
- Multi-aircraft type operational experience across light jets midsize and heavy aircraft
Education & Experience-
- 10 years of experience in charter aviation operations with deep expertise in guaranteed revenue planning flight scheduling and operational management
- Proven track record in a senior operational role (Director VP or Chief Pilot level) managing charter operations scheduling or revenue planning
- Strong experience with GRP - developing revenue projections managing commitments tracking performance against guaranteed targets
- Intimate knowledge of Part 135 operations crew scheduling aircraft positioning maintenance coordination and regulatory requirements
- Extensive experience with vendor management including FBO relationships fuel contracts and ground service providers and Air Carriers.
- Strong understanding of charter cost structures including direct operating costs positioning economics and route profitability analysis
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting cost analysis and performance tracking
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate operational complexities into clear business insights
- Bachelors degree in Aviation Management Business Operations Management or equivalent operational experience
Schedule & Travel-
- Schedule- Standard business hours can be expected for this role however nights weekends and holidays may be required based on the operational needs of the organization.
- Travel- required up to 10%
