Description
- Assist the lead teacher in caring for infants in a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment.
- Support daily routines including feeding diapering and comforting infants.
- Ensure the infant room is clean organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Help implement age-appropriate activities that promote spiritual emotional and physical growth.
- Provide one-on-one attention to infants fostering a loving and supportive atmosphere.
- Maintain a positive and caring relationship with children parents and fellow staff members inmature/professional way.
- Desire to continue learning and growing in all areas.
- Will take part in every opportunity to further educational and spiritual growth; with an eagerheart.
- Adhere to all safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for infants.
- Understanding and confident ability to make bottles prepare food etc.
- Can multitask with great ease and true ability to be patient in any situation.
Requirements
- Must have CPR/First Aid in pediatric/adult; or desire to obtain within the first few months of employment.
- Year Round schedule.
- Must be an active member of a local gospel-preaching Biblically-based church.
- 8:15am-2:45pm Monday through Friday; about 29 hours per week.
