Schedule: Part Time: Monday through Friday 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

- Create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment where children can learn play and grow
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities aligned with early childhood education best practices
- Support the developmental needs of infants toddlers and preschool children
- Maintain a safe clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents through daily updates mobile apps and in-person conversations
- Build positive relationships with children families and team members
- Collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment retention and family engagement
- Follow all state childcare licensing regulations and center policies
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of childcare or teaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education
- CPR and First Aid Certification required
- Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
