About the Role

As a member of Twitchs Revenue team youll use your industry and product acumen and experience in digital advertising solutions to help grow Twitch Advertising revenue.

We are looking for a detail-oriented client service focused Customer Success Manager with advertising experience that will work hand in hand with product and business development. The Customer Success Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support Twitch in meeting its objectives and providing best in class client service to our 1P clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with client management media planning and campaign operations.

You Will

Campaign Management:
- Work with the finance team on any client approvals and revenue recognition
- Own pre-sale process related to media planning and internal IOs
- Be client facing point of contact to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Guide clients through internal purchasing tools

Client Management:
- Provide highest level of customer service to internal clients as a key point person for media plans and campaign operations
- Work to manage any custom programs or sponsorships with other departments internally and lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered
Kick-off campaign with clients and manage all timelines assets and opportunities for optimization
- Assist in pre-sale pipeline management reporting and opportunity accuracy
- Work with Campaign Operations to troubleshoot live campaigns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Twitchs site features and products

- 4 years of online media/planning experience
- Experience helping clients execute media campaigns
- Excellent written presentation and oral communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and though the proper escalation process
- Works well with others in high-energy environment with minimal supervision
- Experience and comfortability working with technical product teams

- Work experience in online media
- Previous agency experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
