Position Summary
Are you looking for an attractive opportunity to work in a dynamic team of best professionals Do you have experience in Romanian payroll and customer serviceWe have a vacancy for the position of Payroll Specialist located in Prague skilled in Romanian payroll ready to take care of our global clients and ensure the highest quality of is a leading service provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions in Europe and SAP Gold Partner with an extensive number of cloud HCM and payroll BPO customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution including salary calculations deductions bonuses and other compensation elements.
- Handling service requests via C4C system and email inquiries.
- Managing employee data (i.e. tax information pension records) and entering payroll data (i.e. deductions benefits bonuses new salaries).
- Registering new hires terminations and employment changes in the employment organizational structure and handling absence/attendance registration.
- Preparing and submit statutory reports to local authorities including tax filings and social security to payroll-related inquiries from employees providing clear and accurate information.
- Resolving queries and troubleshooting payroll physical and/or electronic archives.
- Staying updated with current legislation the role of a mentor to team members.
Education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Romanian payroll processing.
- Knowledge of Romanian payroll laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Romanian is required.
- Experience in working with SAP Payroll system will be an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
