We are lookinglooking for aClient Secretariat Associate (VIE) to join the team fromMay 2025for an initial period of 12 months inCopenhagen.

The Client Secretariat Associate will play a key role in supporting robust governance and effective client engagement for Euronext Securities strategic projects with a primary focus on the T1 programme.

Working closely with both clients and colleagues across all Euronext Securities markets the role involves facilitating communication gathering and managing client feedback and coordinating activities related to client engagement throughout the organisations transformation initiatives.

You will beprimarily responsiblefor:

  • Coordinate and facilitate client engagement activities within the T1 programme and other strategic projects ensuring alignment with the Client Engagement Framework.

  • Support clear and consistent communication on programme objectives updates and decisions to all relevant stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Develop edit and coordinate the creation of presentations reports and other documentation for client interactions ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Collect manage and coordinate client inputs feedback and requests across various business domains and teams ensuring systematic integration into programme development and execution.

  • Address differing opinions by ensuring that prevailing arguments are clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Schedule meetings manage agendas facilitate efficient and productive meetings and produce and share minutes and key takeaways.

  • Act as a central point of contact for client stakeholders sharing updates and reports on programme progress.

  • Track and maintain a register of client-related risks issues and dependencies monitoring status updates and escalating critical risks to the relevant governance body.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Product and Programme teams to ensure client perspectives are reflected in service offerings and transformation outcomes.

YourProfile:

  • Interest in financial services post-trade or capital markets with some insight into the industry considered an advantage.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a collaborative and customer-oriented approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive accountable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about the post-trade value chain and Euronexts market model. Bachelors or masters degree in business administration strategy project management or a related field

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
