About the job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team and assist in developing a comprehensive solution for Technical Document creation and document handling as well as creating deviation on customer specification based on standard solution.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in engineering processes data analytics and project management within the energy Industry. The student will work closely with the Engineering Team and other key stakeholders to streamline and enhance our Engineering Process.

What youll be doing:

• Tool Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new tools and functionalities for documentation handling.

• Hours Forecast Tools: Develop tools to forecast engineering hours project management hours and other relevant metrics based on available data.

• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation of the new processes and tools including user guides and training materials.

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various projects to understand current project execution process.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to gather input identify commonalities and differences and address any gaps in the current processes.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for project execution.

We believe you:

• Are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Engineering Business Data Science or a related field

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)

• Have experience with SharePoint and Machine Learning.

• Possess excellent IT skills and a genuine curiosity for digital solutions
