We are building a new strategy and governance team within our Chief Data Office andwerelooking for aSenior GRC Managerto help shape it from the ground you areexperienced in drivingdatagovernance projects andenjoyworking withtechnically drivenagendasthiscouldbeanexcellent opportunityfor you.

As our new Senior GRC Manageryou will play a key rolein shaping the future of thisareawithinTryg includinggovernance structurescompliance designframeworksand policies for risk willengagewithTrygsdata users expertsand senior stakeholdersacross Denmark Norway and Sweden.

Key responsibilities include:

- Playinga central rolein defining and implementing overarching GRC frameworks for data analytics and AI
- Translatingregulatory requirements ( NIS2 GDPR) into clear governance models andoperationalprocesses
- Taking ownership of andindependentlydrivingprojects includingdelegating tasks andofferingguidanceand feedback tocolleagues
- Acting asatrusted advisor to senior stakeholdersrepresentingthe GRC perspectivein group-wide decisions
- Contributing to the development of a new team within the CDOorganisation shaping ways of working and long-term ambitions from the outset

Aboutyou A team player

You bring more than five years ofexperiencewithinGovernance riskmanagementcompliance IT governance or information security supported bysolid knowledge of relevant regulationssuch as DORA NIS2andGDPR. Experience from theinsurancesectoror another highly regulated industryis an advantage.

You areconfidentoperatingin the intersection of regulation technology and largeorganisations and you thrive when creatingstructureincomplexenvironments.

Youhavea good understanding of IT architecture data platforms and system landscapes. Hands-on technical skillsare notrequired but the ability to navigate technical contexts is important.

You holda great setofpeopleskills and are comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization. Combined with astructured approach aquality-drivenmindset andapragmaticsolution-orientedattitude you are a compelling communicator and natural presenter.

Fluency in Swedish Norwegian or Danish along with professional-levelproficiencyin English bothverbaland written isrequired.
