Are you passionate about financial planning reporting and driving system excellence SWEP is looking for a Corporate Business Controller to join our dynamic international finance team in Landskrona.

In this role you will play a key part in shaping and driving our financial planning and forecasting processes across the organization. You will turn complex financial data into clear actionable insights that support decision making while collaborating with colleagues across regions and functions to optimize tools and processes for efficiency and accuracy. This is a full-time role based in Landskrona where you will enjoy working in modern high-quality office facilities.

Your Responsibilities

    • Being part of the monthly closing process strategic plans and budgeting cycles.
    • Own parts of the monthly forecasting process ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
    • Consolidate financial data across planning processes validate and analyze financial results against the strategic plan forecast and budget.
    • Translate complex financial data into clear actionable insights for stakeholders.
    • Develop and optimize reporting models presentations and processes ensuring improvement of our ability to act and take decisions.
    • Act as a knowledge hub and champion for planning and reporting tools and training users across multiple regions.
    • Collaborate with Regional Controllers Group Finance Business Performance Managers to ensure alignment and drive improvements.
    • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions.
    • Contribute to the roadmap for our planning tools ensuring global adoption and continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in financial planning & analysis corporate finance or a related role.
    • Strong system and reporting focus with experience in tools such as Mercur or similar planning/reporting software.
    • Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills ideally from an industrial or manufacturing environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial logic.
    • International and cultural awareness with experience working across global dispersed teams.
