We are now looking for an exceptional Bilingual Partner Growth Specialist (English/Mandarin) to join our team in Toronto Canada (Hybrid).

Your mission
The Partner Growth Specialist acts as the main contact for a portfolio of our partner stores and works closely with them to resolve issues and improve performance. You will focus on partner relationship building and retention and use data analysis to provide excellent service across the entire partner journey; ultimately to keep partners happy consistently supplying and inspire them towards a more sustainable behaviour to help us grow our mission.

Your role

Responsibilities Duties

• Drive store portfolio success through phone email and text communication to optimize store operations and take proactive measures to enhance the experience for your partners
• Build strong relationships by understanding partner priorities and needs while serving as a subject matter expert to proactively identify opportunities to grow supply and meals saved.
• Conduct analysis of store performance based on KPIs and continuously manage proactive processes to identify growth opportunities ensure a high retention rate reduce refunds and improve partner and customer experience.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our internal tools such as Looker Salesforce Ninja and MyStore.
• Collaborate with Sales during weekly meetings and guide the team through the post-sales process.
• Contribute meaningfully to projects focused on improving key KPIs from start to finish with some manager and team support completing call lists and campaign actions in a timely manner.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of Too Good To Gos internal operations and collaborate with marketing finance strategy & planning product and/or other teams to best support partner needs as well as communicate feedback for improvements. Work intimately with the Care Team on specific cases as a partner advocate to continuously help improve user experience education.
• Be a team player: offer coverage for other partner managers who are out of office assist with projects occasionally host weekly team meetings etc.

Key Capabilities

Bilingual or business proficiency in MandarinExperience in a B2B client-facing role such as Sales Account Management or Customer ServiceExperience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) data analytics platforms (e.g. Looker Tableau) and Excel/Google SheetsAnalytical and used to work with KPIs and targetsTerrific talkers (and listeners) with the ability to effectively and quickly connect with partners over the phoneA data-driven problem solver: putting your affinity for numbers and analytical mindset to use in identifying areas of opportunityExcellent written communication skills; someone who can be clear and friendly in a text conversation or email exchange with partnersExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAn empathetic and patient approachAutonomous and independent - you are able to schedule your time and juggle multiple tasks at a timeA positive and proactive mindset ready to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing organization and take initiativeA team-player who is keen to learn collaborate and bring your ideas to the table

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is an annual base salary of CAD 50000 - CAD 58000 and varies depending on a number of factors not limited to experience and language skills. Actual salaries and on target earnings (OTE) will vary.
