At Paradies Lagardère we dont just serve food we create travel experiences. Were looking for friendly reliable Hosts who enjoy people stay organized under pressure and know how to make guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in.

If you like fast-paced environments teamwork and keeping things running smoothly at the front of the house this role fits you.

What Youll Do

• Greet guests with a warm professional welcome

• Manage wait lists and seating flow

• Provide accurate wait times and answer basic menu questions

• Coordinate seating with servers and managers

• Process to-go orders and handle basic transactions

• Keep the host stand clean stocked and organized

• Support servers and runners when needed

• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally

What Were Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

• Clear communication and teamwork mindset

• Comfortable in a busy high-energy setting

• Restaurant experience helpful but not required

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
