We are seeking a Technical Specialist & Service Delivery Manager for Storage Backup Compute and Virtualisation products in a demanding dynamic and high paced environment where strong Technical & Supplier Management skills are key to success.
Reporting directly to the HO Storage and Backup you will facilitate Entry-Into-Service from Plan and Build team to the Supplier in Run Operations as part of a Multi-Function team
The role of technical Specialist / Service Delivery Manager is both a technical and service driven role managing various products including supplier management. You will need a good understanding of one or more technologies required with the ability to learn the fundamentals of all assigned products whilst abiding by ITIL best practices.
You will be working in a team of 8 designing implementing and maintaining the infrastructure in operational condition E2E in line with OLA/SLAs focusing on both Business continuity and end user satisfaction via our 3rd party supplier.
