Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Resource Coordinator to support marketing operations within our residential business this role you will the administration of our internal marketing storefront and be a key player in our direct response marketing efforts.

Job Duties
- Marketing Storefront Administration: serve as the primary administrator for our internal ordering platform. You will manage user access train internal teams upload new assets and ensure all materials are current and accurate.
- Field Support & Help Desk: act as the first point of contact for our local offices. You will manage an internal ticketing process to address user questions route requests to the appropriate team members and troubleshoot marketing needs.
- Data & List Management: pull clean and format marketing lists from our CRM and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance for campaigns.
- Vendor Coordination: liaise with vendor partners to ensure orders are processed efficiently and fulfilled on time.
- Reporting: generate monthly reports on portal usage order volume and inventory levels to help the team make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 years of marketing administrative or operations experience.
- Process-Oriented: Ability to maintain high attention to detail while managing repetitive workflows or complex guidelines.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) or Google Workspace equivalents. Comfort learning new software and platforms is essential.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proofread effectively.
