DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily DT/OF production operations to ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
- Maintain and improve production processes documentation and inventory/cost control programs.
- Collaborate with engineering to enhance methods procedures and process yield; support new part qualifications.
- Develop and implement structured training programs for technicians and operators.
- Foster teamwork communication and performance reviews to sustain a high-performing workforce
Education & Experience
- Minimum Certificate in Supervisory Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
- Experience in optical DT and fabrication manufacturing is highly preferred
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of production efficiency quality control and 6S principles.
- Effective interpersonal coaching and communication skills
Working Location:
- This role is 100% onsite
- rotating 8hrs or 12 shift depending on needs
