Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing modern on business and network; and building up strong and long-term relationship with key cocktail bars restaurant outlets luxury hotels & membership clubs through quality service and professional advice tailored to their needs.

The incumbent is accountable to plan implement and co-ordinate all sales strategies and programs in order to achieve sales target and business growth.

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets distribution target and merchandising/visibility objectives in the designated channel.
  • Work with Channel Manager to recommend annual sales and promotion plans for Modern on-trade channel.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities to increase profits and channel penetration of PR products.
  • Ensure all pouring contracts are reviewed and renewed in a timely manner.
  • Work with Marketing Department to implement promotion activities and provide constructive feedback on promotion effectiveness and make recommendations where necessary.
  • Collect & analyze market intelligence and report on competitors activities.
  • Secure & maximize product display and brand visibility in all signature outlets.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationship with professional service and be the preferred business partner of our customers
  • Carry out sales administrative role in due course
  • Ensure payment collection is in line with channel and company objectives.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 3-5 years relevant experience in trading field (alcoholic industry or FMCG is preferred)
  • Experience in modern on-trade outlets/passionate in Food & Beverage industry is preferred
  • Dynamic outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with self-motivated mindset to drive result and achieve target
  • Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong numeric sense with good analytical skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Powerpoint)
  • Willing to work late hours
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
