This position is responsible for developing modern on business and network; and building up strong and long-term relationship with key cocktail bars restaurant outlets luxury hotels & membership clubs through quality service and professional advice tailored to their needs.
The incumbent is accountable to plan implement and co-ordinate all sales strategies and programs in order to achieve sales target and business growth.
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
- Responsible for achieving sales targets distribution target and merchandising/visibility objectives in the designated channel.
- Work with Channel Manager to recommend annual sales and promotion plans for Modern on-trade channel.
- Actively seek new business opportunities to increase profits and channel penetration of PR products.
- Ensure all pouring contracts are reviewed and renewed in a timely manner.
- Work with Marketing Department to implement promotion activities and provide constructive feedback on promotion effectiveness and make recommendations where necessary.
- Collect & analyze market intelligence and report on competitors activities.
- Secure & maximize product display and brand visibility in all signature outlets.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship with professional service and be the preferred business partner of our customers
- Carry out sales administrative role in due course
- Ensure payment collection is in line with channel and company objectives.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Degree holder with 3-5 years relevant experience in trading field (alcoholic industry or FMCG is preferred)
- Experience in modern on-trade outlets/passionate in Food & Beverage industry is preferred
- Dynamic outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills
- Proactive with self-motivated mindset to drive result and achieve target
- Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong numeric sense with good analytical skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Powerpoint)
- Willing to work late hours
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
