A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Provide technical educational clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives.
• Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)
• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EPmapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians hospital personnel and office staff on technical mattersrelating to CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related
  procedures.
• Understand and support national regional and territory sales objectives to achieve orexceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work in partnership with Account Manager Regional Manager and Area Directors toidentify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training formapping and other CA Solutions products.
• Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
• Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staffregarding Medtronic CAS products service and support.
• Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to beproficient in the mapping technology.

SALARY RANGE: 100800 - 126000

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM:Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

Required Knowledge and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years experience in cardiac mapping and navigation or related EP mapping experience (OR Associates Degree with 6 years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 4 years experience).
