Role Summary

We are seeking a senior SuccessFactors Architect with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to lead the design integration and optimization of time absence and payroll this role you will be the primary SI-side authority ensuring end-to-end alignment of EC ECP workflows integrations and data flows.

You will collaborate with HR Payroll and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable maintainable solutions that support complex global workforces. Enjoy autonomy in driving architectural decisions while providing strategic guidance establishing best practices and ensuring mission-critical SuccessFactors initiatives deliver operational excellence and measurable business value.


Candidates must be available full-time during the clients business hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end architecture and operational readiness for EC ECP time absence and payroll processes.
  • Lead design and implementation of EC/ECP replication workflows time valuation absence processing and payroll alignment across global workforce scenarios.
  • Act as the primary SI-side authority on SuccessFactors architecture collaborating directly with HR Payroll IT and integration teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules Integration (CPI/Integration Center) Payroll and third-party platforms.
  • Drive and validate target-state architecture decisions including data flows integration patterns configuration standards and scalability best practices.
  • Govern execution activities including testing cycles replication validation configuration alignment and payroll outcome verification.
  • Ensure compliance with architecture standards best practices and governance frameworks including structured documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Manage risks issues and dependencies ensuring timely resolution and high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as the primary interface between SDA customer leadership HR/Payroll stakeholders and delivery partners.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and strategic oversight to ensure scalable maintainable and supportable EC/ECP solutions.


Qualifications

  • 8 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience with deep expertise in EC ECP Time and Absence management.
  • Proven experience delivering complex EC ECP architecture integration and payroll optimization projects across global workforces.
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors best practices configuration standards and integration patterns (CPI/Integration Center SAP HCM payroll systems).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead mission-critical architecture initiatives testing cycles and end-to-end process optimization.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with executives HR/Payroll stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable supportable solutions.
  • Relevant certifications (SAP SuccessFactors SAP HCM or PMP) highly desirable.
  • Experience with SAP reporting monitoring or analytics tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting or Process Intelligence) is a plus.
  • Prior engagement in large-scale SuccessFactors transformations stabilization or architecture advisory roles is a strong advantage.
  • Experience operating in global or complex workforce scenarios is an asset.
