International Tax Manager

The tax team is a collaborative high-impact group within Finance that partners closely with Accounting FP&A Legal and cross-functional leaders. As our International Tax Manager you will play a key role in shaping Figmas global tax strategy and compliance posture as we continue to scale internationally. This role will influence cross-border structuring global expansion and financial reporting ensuring we grow thoughtfully and compliantly.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What youll do at Figma:

• Lead U.S. international tax planning and structuring initiatives including M&A transactions cross-border investments expansion into new jurisdictions and OECD Pillar Two readiness
• Own U.S. international tax provision calculations under ASC 740 including GILTI Subpart F foreign tax credits and related international components of quarterly and annual reporting
• Lead U.S. international tax compliance and information reporting (e.g. Forms) partnering with external advisors to ensure accurate and timely filings
• Be responsible for intercompany transactions and global transfer pricing policies to support compliance and operational efficiency
• Monitor global tax legislative developments model potential impacts and communicate recommendations to finance leadership and cross-functional partners
• Support tax-efficient repatriation strategies and other international tax planning initiatives
• Serve as a technical resource for audits special projects and cross-functional tax matter
