We areseekinga highly motivated and experiencedSenior Financial Analyst toparticipatein the month-end close process andassistwith financial planning & reporting processes for Mid America Division. The analyst willassistin supporting the Division with reporting financial planning and analysis forecasting budgeting and ad-hoc analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure month-end close tasks and deliverables are completedtimelyand accurately.

Preparetimelyandaccuratemonthly financial review packages.

Maintain& enhanceaccuratefinancial reporting for the Division and Sub-Divisions.

Complete variance analysis of business performance for monthlyquarterlyand year-to-date results.

Analyze current and pasttrendsincluding drivers of revenue costs and expenses.

Prepare financial ad-hoc reports for various business arrangements and requests.

Identifyareas for improvement in financial processes and procedures and recommend solutions to streamline financial reporting.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.

Assistin developing the annual budget and financial forecasts for the Division and Sub-Divisions.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics ora relatedfield.

5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.

Strong financial analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to learn new financial systems and tools quickly.

PREFERENCES

Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry

Experience with Hyperion Essbase PeopleSoft or other ERP systems.

Experience working with large data sets and data visualization tools (e.g. TableauPowerBI)

Schedule/Shift:8am-5pmCT

All job offers will bebased on a candidates skills andpriorrelevant experience applicabledegrees/certificationsas well as internal equity and market data.

Casual PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible toparticipatein the 401(k) Plan only.
