Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic energized and preferably experienced Shipping Clerk
Responsibilities:
Process incoming and outgoing inventory into online system (X3).
Follow up on shipment orders.
Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries.
Capture customer information including addresses and phone numbers to ensure effective order delivery and for future follow-up.
Build a relationship with customers through friendly engaging communication and excellent customer service.
Schedule pickups.
Act as a liaison between Reliable & Freight companies.
Assist the Logistics and Shipping managers with daily activities.
Effectively communicate inventory updates to the Management Team.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year as a customer service/data entry representative.
At least 1 year of warehouse experience. (preferred)
Attentive to detail and organized.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manners.
Must be personable and respectful.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
