- The Housing Liaison Officer plays a crucial role in providing a high-quality consistent and flexible tenancy management service to residents. This position involves being a visible presence on estates assisting tenants with new tenancies tenancy changes general inquiries and ongoing housing management needs. The role is vital in ensuring tenants receive the support they need maintaining clean and safe neighborhoods and achieving high resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform tenancy management duties including new tenancy sign-ups pre-termination visits accompanied viewings and post-tenancy checks.
- Conduct tenancy checks serve Notices (NTQ/NOSPs) as required and escalate complex cases to Senior Housing Officers.
- Undertake routine and ad-hoc tenant visits related to arrears ASB vulnerability rehousing needs and welfare concerns.
- Support tenancy sustainment by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve successful long-term outcomes.
