Red Ember Recruitment is looking for an Integration Developer who will be responsible for designing developing and supporting custom integrations between Sage 300 People and third-party systems including recruitment platforms time and attendance systems learning management systems accounting platforms and other HR or business applications.
This role focuses on enabling automation improving data accuracy and ensuring seamless data exchange between systems. The developer will work with Microsoft SQL Server REST APIs and ETL processes to deliver reliable scalable integration solutions. The role includes both project-based development and ongoing support of production integrations.
This position is suited to a developer with strong SQL skills and foundational integration experience who is looking to grow into a highly capable integration specialist.

Qualifications Experience And Competencies:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Computer Science Informatics Engineering or related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in software development integration development or data engineering.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server including:
Stored proceduresViews
Joins and complex queries
Query optimisation
Preferred:
Experience integrating HR payroll or business systems.
Experience working with Sage 300 People or similar ERP/HR systems.
Required Skills:
Sage 300 People Premier and ESS Technical expertise. Active Directory (including AAD) OAuth SAML. DNS & DHCP. Internet Information Services. Azure Cloud Hosting. MS SQL (2008 & higher). SSIS & SSRS. Networking skills. MS Exchange experience. Remote Desktop & VPNs
Required Education:
Degree level qualification and / or equivalent (preferred).Certification in Sage 300 in Sage in deploying and supporting Sage 300 People ESS and Sage Self Service (Premier).Experience in managing hosted customer applications (physical server and Azure).Client consulting experienceKnowledge of payroll and/or HR preferred but not Equivalent IT Skills Qualifications (MSCA Cisco etc.).
