The Mission
We are appointing a dedicated Registered Nurse to the private medical staff of a 100m mega-yacht. This role demands clinical excellence in the 1:1 care of an 80-year-old VIP Principal ensuring their health and comfort during extended voyages.
You will manage the Principals daily medical routine against the backdrop of a premier Mediterranean itinerary. The vessel is scheduled to cruise the Turquoise Coast anchor off Corsica and visit the exclusive marinas of Menorca requiring you to maintain hospital standards at sea.
The Team
You will be supported by a comprehensive Western-trained medical infrastructure:
Medical Direction: All clinical decisions are overseen by a Lead British Doctor.
Therapy Team: Collaborative care with onboard Physiotherapists.
Rostering: A strict Double-Nurse Shift System is enforced ensuring you have ample downtime to rest and explore the vessels destinations.
The Process
Phase 1: CV Screening & Credential Audit.
Phase 2: Comprehensive Online Interview (No travel required during the selection phase).
Phase 3: Direct flight to the Mediterranean for embarkation.

Requirements
Education: Western-accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN/HBO-V).
Experience: Minimum 4 years in high-acuity ICU SEH (A&E) or CCU.
Language: Native or C1 English is mandatory.
Profile: A resilient practitioner capable of delivering concierge-level care with absolute discretion.
