Were now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Commercial & Institutional (C&I) segment in Norway and drive our growth strategy across power distribution emergency lighting fire & security and energy transition solutions.
In this strategic leadership role you will be accountable for delivering Eatons Growth Framework within the Norwegian market while leading and developing a highperforming sales organisation.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the North Zone (UKI Nordics Baltics & Benelux) EMEA business units and segment marketing teams to accelerate profitable growth through integrated business development and commercial excellence.
What youll do:
- Lead develop and coach the Norwegian C&I segment sales teams.
- Drive execution of the C&I growth strategy using Eatons Play to Win framework.
- Manage the lowvoltage panel builder programme and ensure strong market development.
- Deliver annual revenue targets (approx. 25M) margin and product mix expectations.
- Ensure accurate forecasting financial performance management and SIOP processes.
- Build strong long-term business relationships with key customers and partners.
- Analyse market trends new opportunities portfolio gaps and competitive activity.
- Promote a data-driven sales culture using KPIs metrics and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with EMEA business units product management and segment marketing.
- Support digital selling transformation and the adoption of Eatons digital sales tools.
- Champion sales excellence talent development succession planning and team engagement.
- Ensure adherence to Eatons values ethical standards and safety culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Leader in B2B environments.
- Track record of delivering commercial results and managing profit & loss drivers.
- Experience with sales forecasting pipeline management and commercial planning.
- Background in electrical industrial construction or related technical sectors (preferred).
- Understanding of financial concepts such as ROS cash flow and risk assessment is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical data-oriented and comfortable with digital sales tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate plans into actionable results.
