We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our dynamic HR consultancy team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and candidates explaining our services and handling inquiries efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills persuasive ability and a client-focused mindset.
Make outbound calls to job seekers and potential clients to promote recruitment services.
Explain consultancy offerings such as resume writing LinkedIn optimization and job portal access.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into registrations or subscriptions.
Maintain and update call records follow-up trackers and CRM systems.
Handle incoming calls and resolve queries related to job applications or consultancy services.
Schedule follow-ups share promotional content and support the sales team in client conversion.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and job seekers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide accurate information.
Required Skills:
Main Responsibilities: Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently. Call out to customers to collect their orders. Pack food for take away ensuring all orders are correct and items are properly packaged. Handle cash transactions credit card payments and issue receipts. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
