We have an urgent hiring for Optimization Team Lead with 5yrs of relevant experience in Android device Manual testing and Automation testing using python scripts.

Optimization Team lead
Job Duty:
- Technical expert in Power and Performance testing for Android Devices.
- Analyzing the power reports and logs.
- Audit of team issues and follow-up with Dev team till closure.
- Updating the project risks in project review meetings risk assessment knowledge.
- Working in lab infrastructure and taking ownership for Standby test and Regression current test using tools like Monsoon Agilent and brightness analyzer etc.
- Creating updating the daily work report and weekly PPTs.
- Troubleshooting the power setups and device issues in flashing builds.
- Reviewing and updating project milestone reports including issues conclusion. Submitting them to HQ and Internal Leads.
- Any new features understanding and giving K.T. to team.
- Log at log and Systrace analysis is an added advantage.
Job requirements:
- Experience (5yrs) in Android device Manual testing and Automation testing using python scripts.
- In-depth knowledge of Android 13.0 OS and architecture.
- Experience In Power and Performance testing on Android devices Qualcomm and Mediatek chipsets.
- Excellent problem solving and debugging skills on power module.
- In depth knowledge on STLC.
- Preferable basic usage of tools - QPST and QXDM for power logs analysis.
- Must have experience in Test case preparation Execution and Results submission.
- Creating Test strategy and Test plan based on new requirements and Market features.
- Execution - Sanity Regression Functional and other types of test plans.
- Ability to learn new things in short time and multi-tasking in pressure situation.
