Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Design build and maintain native mobile applications on or Android (Kotlin/Java) with clean architecture and robust test coverage .
- Collaborate in end-to-end delivery: code test CI/CD pipelines deployment and production support .
- Mentor junior engineers and champion code reviews quality standards and best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve performance security and scalability issues.
- Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs securely and efficiently.
- Contribute to mobile strategy architecture discussions and tech guilds.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in mobile development:
- Android: Kotlin/Java Jetpack Compose MVVM Coroutines Gradle instrumentation testing
- Strong proficiency in source control (Git/GitFlow) and mobile CI/CD tools (e.g. TeamCity Jenkins GitHub Actions)
- Experience in UI automation and performance testing.
- Understanding of secure coding app performance tuning and platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred
- Mobile analytics or crash reporting tools (e.g. Splunk AppDynamics)
- Banking or fintech domain experience.
- Experience with hybrid architectures web views or JS-bridge integrations.
