Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and global standards
Oversee financial reporting compliance and disclosure processes under US GAAP and other applicable accounting frameworks
Ensure robust financial controls risk management and internal governance structures are in place
Serve as the primary finance liaison with the Board of Directors global headquarters external auditors and regulatory bodies
Drive financial planning forecasting and performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making
Manage relationships with key stakeholders across international markets and business units
Champion financial transparency accountability and continuous improvement across all finance functions

Requirements

Required Skills:

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
