Job Overview
IIQAF Group is hiring an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join our hospitality team in Ontario. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cocktail preparation beverage service mixology customer service and bar operations in a fast-paced restaurant hotel or lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails mocktails beer and wine
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest engagement
- Maintain full knowledge of drink menus promotions and seasonal beverages
- Handle cash transactions POS systems and payment processing
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure Smart Serve compliance
- Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area
- Assist with inventory control stock rotation and ordering supplies
- Follow all Ontario liquor laws and health & safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with servers kitchen staff and management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender Mixologist or Bar Server in a restaurant hotel or lounge
- Valid Smart Serve Certification (Ontario requirement)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails wine service and bar operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume restaurants hotels or event venues
- Knowledge of craft cocktails and modern mixology techniques
- Previous experience using POS systems and cash handling procedures
