The Role

As a Production Operations Manager youll be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to our eaters and our time will be spent running the daily operations of the entire Los Angeles market as well as driving improvement measures and operational will help to elevate the standard streamline processes and provide efficient guidelines to the Kitchen Warehouse Food Safety Fulfillment and Logistics departments ensuring they are all set for success. All this with a long-term mindset nurturing positive daily habits with special care on scalability and for this role will be measured by customer satisfaction and profitability of operations constantly identifying key opportunities and spearheading projects focused on effectively scaling our business for growth.

You Are

A hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced high-volume environments
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and coordinating across multiple departments
Analytical and data-driven using KPIs and shift reporting to inform decisions
Calm under pressure and proactive in resolving operational issues in real time
Focused on scalability continuous improvement and building strong daily habits within teams
A clear communicator who ensures alignment across shifts and functions

Must Have

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Experience in operations logistics cold storage (preferred) or similar production environments
Proven experience managing labor scheduling and shift-based teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to track interpret and report on operational KPIs
Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
Proficiency with operational dashboards and reporting tools

Nice to Have

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations or a related field
Experience in food production ready-to-eat or high-compliance environments
Experience driving process improvement initiatives
Familiarity with scaling operations in growth-stage environments

Compensation

All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.

$73000$80000 USD
