Time Allotted: 15-20 mins (Follow-up); 60 mins (consults)

Support Staff:
- 2 APPs 2 Nurses Triage Nurses

- SWs Dietitian Reception

Case Mix:

- Antineoplastics Phlebotomy IV IgG

- Iron Therapy Bone Marrow Biopsy

Procedures/Duties:

- Consults Follow-ups

- Oversee admin of Antineoplastics (Clinic)

No of Exam Rooms: 4

Imaging Lab & Pharmacy on-site

EMR: Epic

Other Info: Hospitalists admit patients

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active IA License or IMLC

Clean Record

Fellowship-Trained

Must be available FT (Mon-Thurs)

Must be able to perform MUA
