Job Summary
Our client designs and manufactures intelligent energy storage systems for commercial buildings supporting more efficient use of traditional and renewable power. Their engineering-driven team builds modular battery technology for dense environments where safety reliability and performance matter.
We are hiring an Applied AI Market Analyst to build internal tools automate workflows and generate market intelligence that informs commercial and operational strategy. This role sits at the intersection of AI analytics and business operations working directly with sales finance and leadership to improve decision-making and execution speed.
Success requires strong technical curiosity analytical depth and the ability to turn ambiguity into structured insights and working solutions.
- Build internal tools and dashboards using AI coding assistants (Claude Code Cursor Codex Gemini CLI)
- Design automations using workflow platforms (e.g. n8n Make or similar) connecting CRMs databases and APIs
- Develop expertise in market structures incentive programs and regulatory requirements across our geographies
- Synthesize complex information into clear actionable insights
- Partner with sales finance and operations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
- Train team members on new tools and workflows
- Understanding of automation workflows and how to design them
- Strong prompting skills-you know how to get the most out of AI tools
- Comfortable working with APIs and integrating systems
- Data analytics experience-you can extract insights from messy data
- Python proficiency
- SQL and database fundamentals
- 1-3 years of experience in operations business analysis consulting or a technical field
- Demonstrated ability to build working applications or automations using AI tools-show us what youve shipped
- Strong research skills: you can dive into unfamiliar complex domains and emerge with clarity
- Excellent written communication
- High agency: you figure things out and dont wait to be told what to do
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n Zapier Make or similar)
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code Cursor Codex Gemini CLI)
$115000 to $135000 base with bonus or equity potential
