A well-established and reputable main dealer group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join its aftersales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to join a stable high-performing business offering strong earning potential structured manufacturer training and long-term career progression.

Responsibilities

Acting as the main point of contact for service and repair customers
Booking vehicles in for servicing maintenance and warranty work
Advising customers on required and recommended work
Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Preparing estimates invoices and service documentation
Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
Managing queries and resolving issues professionally

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident IT and administrative ability
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
A professional and team-oriented approach
Full UK driving licence preferred

Salary and Benefits

Basic salary: (negotiable)
Uncapped bonus (average 6000 per year)
Monday to Friday 8:00am5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
