About the role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with mental health and psychosocial disabilities We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic professional to cover the role of Team Leader from 16 February 2026 to 16 May 2026.

  • lead and manage the delivery of Psychosocial Service Delivery and Block Funded Programs
  • coach and support a team of Lifestyle Support Workers to tailor services to the needs of recipients
  • build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across clinical community and primary health services
  • representselectabilityat local and regional network meetings forums and events

About you

To be successful you must:

  • experience leading teams programs and services in mental health disability or community services
  • possess clear and effective communication skills
  • demonstrate computer literacy and accuracy in record management
  • exhibit an ability to problem solve
  • be able to follow policies and procedures at all times
  • be able to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals

You will also need:

  • a current minimum P1 C class Queensland drivers licence
  • a currently registered roadworthy and fully comprehensive vehicle
  • First Aid and CPR certificates (or the ability to obtain)
  • a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Quality Safety & You

About the offer & Benefits

The Acting Team Leader - Rockhampton is a fixed term full-time position from 16 February 2026 to 16 May 2026.
