The Information Technology organization is the technological foundation of our business and works in collaboration with our partners from across the company. The team drives technology and digital transformation partners with business leaders to design and execute new strategies through IT and operations services and ensures the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles.
About The Role
AnIntegrationArchitect is a senior rolethatacts as theblueprint designer and technical leaderfor howtheorganizations various software systems applications and data sources connect communicate and exchange data efficiently and securely. This role is essential for streamlining business processes ensuring data integrity and enabling digital transformation define the strategy patterns and governance for data exchange to ensure system compatibility scalability and efficiency across the organization.
The primaryobjectiveof an Integration Architect is toeliminatesilos and create a unified seamless flow of information across the enterprises diverse and often disparate technology landscape which may range from modern cloud services to legacy systems. Theyensurethe entire system is reliable scalable and aligned with long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
- Integration Strategy & Planning:Define the enterprise-wide integration strategy roadmap principles toalignmentwith businessobjectivesand technology standards.
- Requirements Analysis:Work closely with business stakeholders solution architects and product owners to gather analyze and translate complex business requirements into robust technical integration specifications.
- Design and Architecture:Architect high-performance scalable and fault-tolerant integration solutions usingappropriate patterns(e.g. API-first event-driven batch point-to-point)andtechnologies such as APIs microservices Enterprise Service Buses (ESB) message queues and cloud integration platforms (iPaaS).
- Governance and Standards:Establishand enforce integration standards best practices and governance processes to ensure consistency quality security and compliance across projects.
- Technology Selection & Implementation:Select and implementappropriate integrationtechnologies including middleware API gateways and cloud-based platforms providing guidance on configuration and deployment.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship:Provide technical leadership to development teams conduct code and design reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices and standards.
- Documentation:Create andmaintaincomprehensive architecture documentation including high-level and detailed diagrams data flow models technical specifications and operating guidelines.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $122000 to $145000 at the commencement of employment for the Jersey City NJ area. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors which may include the candidates geographic location skills experience and other qualifications.
In addition the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Work Location
This position is based in Corebridge Financials Houston TX or Jersey City NJ office and is subject to our hybrid working policy which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
