Job Summary
We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity atTerros Healthfor aLicensed Clinician to join our Childrens Services Department and provide services at our Café - Children Adolescents and Families Empowered which is more than just a treatment center at our health center. This position also provides services at a nearby local school that we have partnered with up to 2 days per week.
The Café is a vibrant youth-focused community space that offers hope healing and connection located within our 27th Avenue Health Center.

Terros Health is hiring an Arizona licensed Clinician for our Childrens Program in Phoenix AZ.
Experience with Mental Health and Substance Use services is ideal.
Experience with the adolescent curriculums of Matrix Model and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is preferred; Training can also be provided.
Arizona License Required: LCSW LPC LMSW or LAC in Good Standing
AZ Licensure Reimbursed When Renewed as a TH Employee (according to Policy)
Schedule: Full-time
40 hours/week; Monday-Friday
2 Evening Shifts Required (ie 10am/10:30am-7pm)
3 Day Shifts (ie 7:30am-4pm / 8:30am-5pm)
Locations:
27th Ave Health Center: 27th Ave/ South of Indian School 3 Days/Week
Provide assessments individual counseling and facilitate our substance use treatment group for adolescents
Phoenix School (College Prep) 2 Days/Week (The school is located within 5 miles of the clinic and mileage is reimbursed.)
Provide general mental health counseling to students (2 days/week) at a school that has partnered with Terros Health
Competitive Compensation:
$57375-$64000 for associate level clinicians:
(0-5 years experience: $57375-$59950 / 5 years of experience: $61K-$64150)
$70000 for independent licensed clinicians:
(0-5 years experience: $70000-$73450 / 5-10 years of experience:$75K-$78500 / 10 years of experience: $80K-$83K)

AdditionalLanguage Differential Pay Available: SpanishVietnamese Korean Arabic Farsi Swahili or ASL:
$2/hour (approximately $4160) for licensed Clinicians.
Duties include:
- Develop therapeutic relationships with clients
- Translate knowledge into effective counseling methods
- Determine appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Create treatment plans that provide a clear translation of needs into individual achievable and measurable objectives
- Maintain session structure including starting and ending sessions in a timely manner.
- Child and Adolescent Clinicians: Involvement in CFTs collaboration with child/family contributes to ISP process.
- Record keeping: Clients charts are in compliance with required standards to include progress notes are completed same day; progress notes reflect evidence-based treatment

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Masters degree i.e. MA MS MC MSW in behavioral health fieldArizona license or eligible for Arizona license.
- Strongly preferred- One year of experience practicing in one of the licenses listed below.
- Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT)
- Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC)
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)by the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to establish professional working relationships.
- Must have the ability to perform first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation as necessary and appropriate.
- Training in DBT or EMDR or other Evidence Based Practice preferred
- Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment.
- Must have or obtain a valid Arizona Driver License be 21 years of age with a minimum 4 years driving experience. Must meet requirements of Terros driving policy.
- Must pass a TB test.
