Overview
Ansible Government Solutions LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization this role you will develop advanced analytics dashboards and data models that support evidencebased decisionmaking across VFMP programs. The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in translating complex data into actionable insights partnering with VA stakeholders within a complex federal healthcare modernization environment.

Responsibilities:
- Translate business questions into analytic models and insights.
- Design dashboards and visualizations using Azure Databricks or similar tools.
- Ensure accuracy completeness and traceability of data sources and outputs.
- Provide proactive data-driven recommendationstoleadership.
- Support data governance quality reviews and integration planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 8 years in analytics data engineering and visualization tools
- Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely
All candidates must be able to:
- Sit stand walk lift squat bend twist and reach above shoulders during the work shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
- Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
