Job Summary

As a Business Development Representative youll be a key player in helping our company grow. Your role involves building relationships and explaining how our tech solutions can make a real difference. Its a chance to be part of a fast-growing team and contribute to both our product and company values.

Responsibilities -

  • Work closely with our tech design and leadership teams to create solutions that match what our customers need.
  • Chat with potential customers understand their business challenges and explain how Pump can make their lives easier and save them money.
  • Outbound through various channels including email cold call LinkedIn etc.
  • Show why our tech is valuable whether youre talking to tech experts or those new to it all.
  • Understand our product roadmap and make sure our solutions align with what our clients are looking for.
  • Keep strong ties with key customers. Be the bridge between customers and our teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications -

  • Clear communication skills: Speak and write clearly.
  • This would be a fast-paced job. Things might change and tech is always evolving.
  • Work well with different teams. Communicate with engineering product and others to ensure customers are happy.
  • Athlete mentality a chip on the shoulder and the desire to change your life through the startup.
