Responsibilities -
- Work closely with our tech design and leadership teams to create solutions that match what our customers need.
- Chat with potential customers understand their business challenges and explain how Pump can make their lives easier and save them money.
- Outbound through various channels including email cold call LinkedIn etc.
- Show why our tech is valuable whether youre talking to tech experts or those new to it all.
- Understand our product roadmap and make sure our solutions align with what our clients are looking for.
- Keep strong ties with key customers. Be the bridge between customers and our teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Qualifications -
- Clear communication skills: Speak and write clearly.
- This would be a fast-paced job. Things might change and tech is always evolving.
- Work well with different teams. Communicate with engineering product and others to ensure customers are happy.
- Athlete mentality a chip on the shoulder and the desire to change your life through the startup.
