Our Onboarding & Acquiring Executives are the first team to interact with a new customer after they have chosen Takepayments for their businesses payment solutions. Our Team ensures a customers application is approved within the shortest possible timeframe whilst verifying that the business meets the eligibility criteria.
Takepayments is based around a high-performance culture. The right candidate will need to have a proven track record of high performance in their previous role. They will be passionate about delivering great outcomes for customers whilst having a strong attention to detail and analytical qualities.
Being confident speaking to customers asking questions and gathering information via the telephone is key. The ability to gather the required information whilst keeping a customer engaged in the early stages of their relationship with us is an essential skill.
